Volunteer Information

Volunteer! The Help That We Need!

The OCEANS 2005 MTS/IEEE Conference provides opportunities for many volunteers throughout the greater Washington, D.C. area to assist in several ways. We have need for several more Committee Co-Chairs who would be willing and able to work hard from now through the conference. We also have need for people who do not have that much time available, but are still ready to work hard and serve on these committees. And during the conference, we will need lots of help in ways that you cannot even imagine. But we guarantee that it will be fun and you will have a memorable experience. Please fill out this form and volunteer today! Submitting this form simply tells us your level of interest and availability to help. It is not yet a commitment on your part, so please indicate all areas of interest.

Also, please help us identify organizations which might be interested in providing groups of adult or student (high school or college/university) volunteers during the conference week to assist in many logistics aspects of the program. Some suggestions include Navy League, Coast Guard Auxiliary, Sea Scouts, etc. All volunteers will receive a special conference t-shirt and unlimited entry to the Exhibit Hall during Exhibition hours, and your organizations will be recognized during the conference.
