Reservations will be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott Reservations.

Hotel Rates

The quota of rooms at the discounted rate is almost completely reserved. If the online system tells you that your reservation cannot be completed, send email to e.cabrera@ieee.org and we will attempt to adjust the remaining quotas. We encourage you to make your reservations immediately. Government rated rooms are no longer available.

Note: Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in.

Deposit/Guarantee

All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Should a guest cancel a reservation being held on a credit card, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seven days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
